Extradordinary shifts are taking place on Earth and beyond.

 

The magnetics are dropping, the vibration is rising, our DNA is activating dormant strands, portals and stargates are opening, the earth grids are shifting….and this is only the tip of the iceberg!

As a result, All of Life on this planet is “Mutating-Up”, so to speak. Our light quotient, or crystalline light, is increasing off the charts.  Your body, along with the very fabric of reality, is shifting into a higher form.  With this comes huge paradigm-shifting  experiences, heightened multidimensional awareness and connectivity to all of life everywhere.

 As one might expect, we all feel the effects of this dramatic shift, to a greater or lesser degree at times, yet no one is “immune” to Ascension Symptoms,  (or as I sometimes lovingly refer to as Transmutational Shock and Trauma).

 

A Few Ascension Symptoms:

 

Not feeling well, yet you test out perfectly and the doctor says you’re fine

 Waking up around 3am…erratic sleep patterns.

 Fluttering peripheral vision (new eyesight capabilities coming on line)

 Extreme fatigue for no reason. (rest needed through the changes)

 Ringing ears (adjustment to new frequencies)

 Flu-like symptoms (from your body letting go of Toxins as more light comes in)

 Strange aches and pains…(see above)

 Twitching eyes for a few days, then it goes away.

 Seeing something from your side vision, and as you look directly it’s not there (dimensional bleed through…seeing things here on a higher dimension)

 Loud buzzer or noises waking you up at night (new circuitry coming online)

 Hot flushes and sweats  (more energy coming in)

Heart Palpitati (chakra opening) 

Short term memory loss (brain circuit and neural net re-patterning)

 Sense of disconnectedness (you are moving into a new paradigm and it feels weird and different )

 Over emotionality (old buried emotions coming to the surface to be healed)

 Desire to get rid of clothes..or not resonating with your home, friends, or job as you did previously (your vibration is increasing and you are not resonating to the old ways)

 Craving of odd foods (your body is telling you what it needs to best ground in and support your changes)

 Sense of knowing something important is happening, but you don’t know what (Welcome to your new World!!!)

This list is by no means complete, yet it may allow you to relax into some strange symptoms and sensations occurring for you at this time.

 

 What to do?

 Please see a doctor if you feel it’s necessary…

 Give your physical body  permission to drop all resistance, and to move through all changes with Grace and Ease!

Begin to Practice Following Your Heart

 

Ask yourself when you wake up,  “What do I feel like doing first today?” and then do it.  And once you have completed that, ask again “Now what do want to do next?” and then do that.

 

OK!!  Hold on, this has great purpose, especially for those who work!  Read on…

 

As you go along in this manner you are following your heart. This may be challenging at first, because you are used to being committed and adhering to schedules, but consider this approach and see where it takes you. 

Let go of planning so much of your life in small ways.  Start doing this on a weekend when you don’t have as many obligations. Choose not to make any plans one Saturday and see where the weekend takes you. Once you get the hang of that, try it on a Monday and see where the week takes you.
 
While you begin to practice following your heart, there may be times that you recognize that what you are committed to is not what you truly want to be doing. That’s okay, honor your agreements and at the same time be aware of the choices that you are making, and then gradually, begin to make fewer commitments, leave more empty time on your calendar, and begin to become comfortable with living moment to moment.

 
Following Your Heart Brings You What is Most Valuable

 Learning to follow your heart is not the same thing as giving yourself permission to be irresponsible. For instance, if you do not go to work one day or do not honor a commitment that you have made and then experience regret due to the consequences that result, that is not following your heart. That is a matter of not taking responsibility for making life choices in alignment with you are.
 
If you find that going to work or honoring your commitments are not in alignment with following your heart, then you might want to consider finding a new job and re-evaluate who and what you are currently making commitments to. 
 
You will find that following your heart inevitably brings you to what is most important for you to do, and you will find that  aspects of your life that do not serve your highest expression will become uninteresting, and fall away.  When you follow your heart you will inevitably find yourself exactly where you are meant to be. It can be no other way. Making a conscious shift into expansion and heart-harmony  will alleviate much of the pressure that so many of us are feeling right now, and will allow you to flow smoothly from this version of reality into the next.

Moving Beyond Fear & Into Your Heart – Part 1

Moving  into Your  Heart

As we enter the remaining two years of the 2012 ascension window, each of you is choosing the version of reality that you want to participate in during the final phase of  your human expression. Until recently, the goal has been to participate as fully as you could from a limited human perspective and to gather as much information as possible in the form of your life experiences from this perspective.
 
Many of you have created your most valuable lessons in the form of drama and fear. It is now time to recognize what you have learned from those interactions and move beyond the drama and fear to compile all of the useful information that you now possess. The lessons learned have helped you to define who you are as well as who you are not. You can now choose where you want to go from here and what you want your life to be about. The next step is take action on a daily basis to support your choice and to do this you must follow your heart.
 
 

How will I know what to choose?

Many of you have asked, “How will I know what to choose?”  The answer is simple. Each of you has an internal navigation system designed to keep you in alignment with your Divine Blueprint during your human experience. Built into this system is everything that you need to know about what is yours to do, and all that is required is that you pay attention to it. When you don’t pay attention, you become sick, or you find yourself in a relationship that is uncomfortable, or you work at a job that you don’t like.  When you realize that you are doing something that is having physical or emotional repercussions, carefully decide if you want to continue to choose it. 
 
It is essential that you recognize that you are creating your reality by the choices that you make in each moment. Sometimes there is a little faith involved, and you may need to let go of something that no longer serves you before you can recognize that the exact person or situation that you desire is right in front of you. For example, acknowledging that a relationship is no longer in your best interest and choosing to end it without any certainty of the timing or circumstances of another relationship.

Other times you must create a solid stepping stone from what is no longer to serving you to what will. For example, finding a new job before leaving one that does not serve you allows you to move in the direction that you desire yet that is practical and does not create unnecessary anxiety of not having the money you need to pay your bills. You must ascertain which of these approaches is most useful for each situation in your life that no longer serves you.

Manifesting with I AM Statements

“I AM” is Spirit in Action.  They are two of the most powerful words you can use in manifesting. 

 

When you say, for example, I AM the Power of Perfection…this sets God or Spirit in action to create perfection for you.

I AM statements, for even 5 minutes each morning or evening, connects you to your higher self and sets a highly effective manifestation wave in motion.

 

Exercise:

While standing, (I like it best this way…or sitting and writing), begin speaking out loud by making I AM statements about positive qualities of what you would like to create for yourself.  Get into the rhythm and let higher self take over….you might be surprised at what begins to come from your mouth!

Some examples might be…. I AM the open door no one can shut, I AM an invincible being of light, I AM radiantly healthy, I Am vastly successful in my work, I AM easily able to provide for my every need, I am compassionate, loving and kind, I am supported by the universe for my every need, I AM continually receiving money from unexpected places, I AM peaceful and calm in all situations, I AM easily making positive choices in my life, I AM beautiful…..

Even if you don’t quite believe your I AM statements, MAKE THEM ANYWAY, with passion!  You are re-programming your mind and emotions, and beginning to create these wonderful qualities for yourself.

You get the idea!  You may begin to feel wonderful energy around you with this process.

Stuck Emotions & the 20 Second Rule

When a lower emotion, such as anger, fear, guilt, etc.  goes on for more than 20 seconds,  

  Guess What?

Something has actually triggered an old repressed program.  Sometimes the actual trigger situation has very little to do with the actual outburst.  It has tapped into something in the past that has been repressed. Anger, for example, going on for over 20 seconds, has very little to do with the original situation.

Now this is good news!  What??????  Yes!!!  Because you now have discovered something inside that is calling for attention, and release.

Why is this a spiritual coaching tip?  Because all of this emotion is actually a great big distraction, moving you away from your center, where you can take charge of your life.  Not to mention that lower emotions are really just stuck energy, and this locks you into a lower vibratory field of energy impeding your ability to reach higher states of consciousness.  The two places are mutually exclusive, so the more we clear out the old, the more naturally we begin to express and experience from a place of joy, harmony and mastery.

What should I do?  Well, sweeping the emotions (and energy that goes along with them) under the rug and ignoring them is not the best solution.  It is better to Transmute them.  This means releasing the lower contracting vibration and turning that energy back into light and expansion.

 Congratulations, you have then just re-invented yourself.

Powerful Keys for Manifesting

Your thoughts, words and actions generate greater and much quicker consequences and results for yourself and others, than EVER before.  Time is speeding up as we move up in vibration  and begin to enter the 5th dimension, where instant manifestion becomes the norm.  We no longer have the luxury of the 3rd dimensional “time Lag” to “get it right”.

When you are expressing from your divinity, or authentic true self, you are able to do much more than you ever imagined possible.  However, know it is just as easy to manifest your fears and breakdowns as it is to manifest joy and abundance, for example. 

Follow these empowering KEYS TO MANIFESTING to help you actually get what you  thought you ordered up!!

1.  Speak Your Truth!
Keep your words aligned with your heart.  Speaking your truth also means knowing when to remain silent…the pearls before swine scenario.

2.  Watch what is being mirrored to you! 
The Law of Attraction will return-to sender exactly what you project out.  Become “the watcher” of your life, to be sure your thoughts, words and actions reflect what you truly desire in your life.  Then be courageous and dedicated to make the necessary changes.

3.  Focus on What you Want!
…rather than whining or complaining about what you don’t want. Remember the Law of Attraction. Get off the drama wheel and embrace “Victory Consciousness” rather than “Victim Consciousness”.

Most of all Have Fun With This Process!!! …and know you are a Work of Art in process. Don’t beat up on yourself if you slip or it takes a while to make this a regular habit and routine.  You are retraining yourself away from the old, and into En-Lightened Magnificence!
