Three Simple Yet Powerful Healing Meditations

 

Chakra Cleansing 

Practice your mastery… Do this easily and quickly, because you can!
(This in-and-of-itself is a healing tool!)

 

Simply stand up, and sweep your hand up and down your middle, from bottom to the top of your head.

Speak the words, “chakras, spin and balance to perfection” while sweeping.

You may find your hand stopping over an area needing more attention.  This is good.

Continue until you feel a shift, or sense you are complete.

If you find you are going on for too long, command your chakras to Quickly balance to perfection, Now.

Becoming Free from Life’s Challenges

Judge no-one, forgive everyone (including yourself), and bless ALL things, beyond all ideas of what is good or bad.

  

 

 

 

Increasing Your Vitality and Energy

Imagine you are in a special chamber where golden emanations are streaming into your Crown chakra (top of head) from the Great Central Sun…the source of power for this universe.

Close your eyes and ask your God Self,  I Am presence, to absorb into yourself the perfect voltage of this life-force energy from the highest and purest source that is perfect for you, Now.

Visualize yourself filling and pumping up the volume, like turning up a dial, until you have pure streams of gold light energy running through your entire body.

Continue for 5 minutes or until you feel complete.

Make the statement, out load, that you will permanently hold this level of energy, with love and gratitude.
